Maria Kirilenko has beaten Jamea Jackson of the US in the first round of the women singles in two straight sets 7-5 7-5. In the doubles Maria's partner is Marta Domachowska of Poland. They lost the first round to the team Ting LI/Tiantian SUN, both of China, in three sets 6-4 4-6 6-7.
